Warranty: 

All bugaren, products have a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply to cosmetic blemishes which do not limit functionality, abnormal use, modifications or ordinary wear and tear. The cost to return items with issues covered by the warranty is paid by bugaren.com. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client.

​All warranty claims are determined in bugaren’s sole judgment. Items with electronic modules that have been open or tampered with, items purchased used, and damage to third party equipment are excluded from warranty coverage.

Return Policy:
Before deciding that you’re unhappy with your equipment, take the time to get used to handling your equipment.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to bugaren.com within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date subject to conditions below.  

Items returned for refunds must be in its original packaged and shipping box and received in a new, re-sellable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If damage occurs due to improper packaging or improper use, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred. The cost of repair for damaged or used items will be subtracted from the refund total. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Returns are not accepted after 14 days. The customer assumes all return shipping costs.
